Job summary

Intelligensia Labs seeks a Program Finance Manager to oversee financial governance across awarded federal programs. This role ties together finance, compliance, and program execution, ensuring revenue is tracked, invoiced, and supported by defensible documentation.

You will coordinate with project management and leadership to maintain alignment with contract obligations and oversight requirements, delivering structured financial reporting and risk mitigation across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program finance, government contract accounting, or regulated financial environments.
• Working knowledge of federal contract financial structures, including CLINs, funded amounts, and performance periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial tracking across awarded programs, including funded amounts, contract ceilings, and option year structures
• Prepare and submit invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules
• Reconcile deliverables and milestones with invoicing documentation
• Monitor revenue recognition and accounts receivable status
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation
• Track modifications, funding adjustments, and incremental obligations
• Coordinate with program leadership to ensure financial alignment with execution timelines
• Provide structured financial reporting to executive leadership
• Identify financial risks, discrepancies, or compliance gaps and elevate appropriately
• Support documentation readiness for potential audit or oversight review
