Job summary

Genentech seeks a Federal Pricing Manager to oversee government price calculations and federal payment administration across multiple contracts. You will lead reconciliations, explain pricing trends to Senior Leadership, and drive continuous process improvements while preparing operations for AI-enabled analytics.

You will collaborate with Finance, Forecasting, and Compliance teams; travel up to 10% is required. Based in South San Francisco at the SSF campus. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
• 4+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare/tech analytics roles.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking; can present to leadership clearly.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; comfortable with data tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end government price calculations and federal payment administration.
• Lead or review monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Present pricing trends and financial impact to Senior Leadership.
• Drive process optimization and readiness for AI integration.
