Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience supporting Power BI dashboards and data visualization projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and reporting requirements for dashboards and decision-support tools.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with data analysts, dashboard developers, and technical teams to ensure clear requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing and defects tracking for dashboard functionality.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with federal client stakeholders.
