Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in public policy, law, political science, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Congress, a regulatory or policy advocacy organization, or government relations.
• Strong understanding of government affairs, public policy, and health care policy landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse internal and external audiences.
• Strong strategy and execution skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration to advance policy objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic federal advocacy plans to advance Regeneron’s public policy priorities, focusing on patient access and innovation.
• Lead engagement with federal legislators, administration officials, regulators, and House committees to shape policy outcomes.
• Monitor policy developments and provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Policy and Alliance leads to integrate federal policy implications into business objectives.
• Engage with trade associations and policy influencers to shape external policy perspectives.
• Create advocacy materials and talking points in partnership with cross-functional teams for senior leadership.
