Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in public policy, law, political science or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Congress, a regulatory or policy advocacy organization, or government relations.
• Strong understanding of health care policy and biopharmaceutical landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic federal advocacy plans to advance policy priorities, with a focus on patient access and innovation.
• Lead engagement with federal legislators, administration officials, and regulators to shape policy outcomes.
• Monitor policy developments to provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with policy and alliance leads to incorporate federal policy implications into business objectives.
• Engage with trade associations and policy influencers to elevate Regeneron's policy perspectives.
• Support development of advocacy materials and talking points with cross-functional teams.
