Job summary

One Federal Solution is hiring a PIV Specialist to support a Federal Government client in the Lakewood, CO area. This role centers on the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card credentialing office and daily operational tasks.

You will issue and manage access credentials, coordinate background investigations, and maintain records in line with ICAM, HSPD-12, PACS, and the Privacy Act, while handling sensitive information securely.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of federal admin/security/identity ops.
• Knowledge of ICAM, PACS, HSPD-12 and background checks.
• Familiarity with GSA security policies.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational and administrative tasks to support federal security and identity programs.
• Maintain records compliant with ICAM, HSPD-12, PACS and Privacy Act.
• Coordinate and track security background investigations.
• Issue and manage access credentials for personnel.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and secure data management.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure compliant operations.
