Job summary

Qualifications

• Pega Certification aligned with internal Pega role expectations (e.g., PCSA or CSSA).
• Hands-on experience configuring Pega solutions (rules, flows, UI, integrations).
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve performance.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure Pega applications including process models, business rules, and user interfaces.
• Create functional requirements for marketing campaigns and related business workflows.
• Analyze, design, and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks.
• Support customers through user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.
• Work on application performance tuning and improvements.
• Design and build well-documented, supportable, and extensible Pega components.
• Maintain and enhance existing developments built by consultants, partners, and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business and technical workstreams.
