Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience required.
• Minimum 12 years of program management experience for similar scope (preferably financial systems).
• 5 years of managing financial systems of similar size and scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables and communications with technical and functional personnel to ensure alignment with the implementation plan and development standards.
• Ensure adequate and qualified resources are assigned to complete all project activities and deliverables on time and within the established ceiling price.
• Provide direction and control to confirm program objectives and boundary conditions are met, while identifying and resolving potential deviations as early as possible.
• Establish project governance and oversee adherence to defined processes and standards.
• Confirm stakeholder requirements are met and take corrective action to address any identified gaps.
• Maintain accountability for delivering projects within stated objectives and boundary conditions.
