i360technologies, Inc. (i360) helps federal agencies modernize finance and procurement using Oracle P2P. The Lead will own ground-up design for a multi-tenant Oracle solution serving multiple agencies, with a strong emphasis on automation and AI to speed design, testing, and deployment.

The role requires leading design decisions, conducting fit-gap workshops with stakeholders, and ensuring FAR/OMB A-123 compliance across the end-to-end P2P process, including payments and integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Procure-to-Pay and Oracle ERP Financials/Procurement experience.
• Substantial experience with federal P2P practices, including federal procurement and payables.
• Lead implementer for P2P on at least one Oracle implementation (Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud).
• Experience with ground-up solutioning for a net-new implementation, including global design.
• Experience leading key design decision analysis.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, invoice processing, and vendor payment workflows.
• Experience with end-to-end P2P processes and Oracle approval workflows/BPM.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, or problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the lead implementer for Oracle P2P on a net-new implementation.
• Lead the P2P global design for a single, multi-tenant Oracle solution that will serve multiple agency components.
• Lead key design decision analysis and document design decisions for stakeholder approval.
• Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders, translating business requirements into Oracle configurations.
• Design Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, and Payables functionality including approvals and matching.
• Align P2P design with FAR and OMB A-123 requirements and SoD controls.
• Design integration with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems.
