i360technologies, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Functional Lead to support an enterprise financial management modernization program for federal agencies.

The role bridges core FM capabilities with business requirements, ensuring compliance with FIBF and agency needs in a complex multi‑agency environment. The candidate will lead functional analysis, drive process reengineering across GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and financial reporting, and coordinate demonstrations and readiness activities while

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of federal financial management experience with ERP implementation and business process design.
• Experience leading functional workstreams on Oracle ERP implementations (Oracle EBS 12.x preferred) in CFO Act agency environments.
• Deep knowledge of federal financial management processes and regulatory frameworks (OMB Circular A-123, CFO Act, FASAB).
• Experience with multi-agency financial shared services environments and multi-tenant SaaS FM solutions.
• Ability to facilitate working sessions with diverse government stakeholders to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
• Strong skills in requirements traceability, gap analysis, and functional specification development.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to present to senior government leadership and produce formal deliverables.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / Suitability clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis of requirements traceability and gaps between legacy FM and Core FS solution.
• Drive business process analysis and reengineering for GL, AP, AR, budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, and statements.
• Collaborate with agency reps to define SOPs, standardized processes, and internal controls.
• Lead functional configuration activities aligning with FIBF FFM standards and agency needs.
• Serve as functional authority for solution demos and readiness demonstrations.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, and conversion planning with FM data structures and COA knowledge.
• Facilitate migration readiness assessments and change management planning for agencies.
• Coordinate with Oracle Trainer to reflect configurations in curricula.
• Provide functional input into integration design with agency systems.
• Support audit readiness activities including DATA Act responses and NFRs.
• Contribute to PMO governance reviews and risk reporting.
