Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Consulting Software Developer with a strong background in Oracle Health Millennium to join our federal Edge & Analytics team. This role focuses on Oracle APEX development within an OCI tenancy to enhance the DOC Tool for federal site deployments.

You will work with a diverse team to deliver high-quality code, review peers, and integrate new analytics capabilities using OAC and other Oracle cloud tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an APEX Developer.
• Strong understanding of the Millennium data model.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with programming in Oracle SQL or Oracle APEX.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Familiarity with an OCI environment.
• Experience with federal government customers.
• Ability to obtain a favorable security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Oracle APEX and Millennium data model to expedite development of the Federal DOC Tool.
• Develop on the APEX-based application and manage/integrate in an OCI tenancy.
• Future work may include CCL, Oracle SQL, and OAC reporting and utility development.
• Build and refine technical requirements with internal and external customers.
• Adopt OCI DevOps standards and practices, and ensure high-quality code.
• Identify performance, scalability, and resiliency improvements.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCL programs.
