Oracle Health is seeking a Consulting Software Developer to advance the DOC Tool using Oracle APEX and a Millennium data model within an OCI tenancy. You will contribute to development efforts, integrate with OCI, and support reports and utilities while collaborating with a diverse team.

The role emphasizes building scalable solutions for federal site deployments and may involve Cerner Command Language (CCL) work and OAC reports to enable robust analytics and deployment success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an APEX Developer.
• Strong understanding of the Millennium data model.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend the Federal DOC Tool using Oracle APEX within an OCI tenancy.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to refine technical requirements.
• Adopt OCI standard tools and DevOps practices.
• Implement high-quality code, review peers, and participate in design reviews.
• Develop CCL reports/utilities and support OAC-based analytics as needed.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve development efficiency and quality.
