Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Consulting Software Developer to join our federal Edge & Analytics team. The role focuses on building applications using Oracle APEX atop Millennium data models within an OCI tenancy to support federal site deployments.

You will work with a diverse team, apply DevOps practices, and contribute to report and utilities development using OAC and CCL as needed. Candidates should have strong problem solving, communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an APEX Developer.
• Strong understanding of the Millennium data model.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop APEX-based applications leveraging Millennium data model.
• Work with OCI tenancy and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to refine requirements.
• Implement high-quality code and participate in design reviews.
• Develop and support reports and utilities in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and with CCL as needed.
