Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Mid-Level Digital Forensic Analyst to support the Diplomatic Security Cyber Mission program in Arlington, VA. This on-site role conducts forensic examinations of data from cellphones, computers, cloud sources, and more, producing clear reports for investigators and prosecutors.

Requirements include a Bachelor's with 5+ years of related experience or a Master's with 3 years, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain interim Secret clearance.
• Proficiency with forensic software and mobile extraction tools.
• Strong written and oral communication for reports and testimony.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic examinations of digital data from cellphones, tablets, computers, removable media, cloud sources and other platforms.
• Apply scientific practices to identify, analyze, interpret and present digital evidence in legal matters.
• Produce clear reports and provide expert witness testimony when required.
• Maintain chain of custody and support on-site during search warrant executions.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure defensible forensic procedures.
