Critical Solutions seeks a Network Site Reliability Engineer to support a federal customer in Norfolk, VA. The role emphasizes reliability of complex enterprise networks, Cisco L2/L3, and hands-on configuration development aligned with standards.

Required: DoD Secret clearance, CCNA, IAT Level II, and a B.S. in a technical field or Masters with relevant experience. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required and U.S. citizenship.
• Strong Cisco networking knowledge including IOS/IOS-XE and routing concepts.
• Experience with enterprise WAN/BAN configurations and network automation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate implementation-ready network configurations for complex WAN/BAN environments.
• Apply standards and baselines to site-specific requirements.
• Review and correlate existing information to determine configuration needs.
• Create Cisco L2/L3 configurations and documentation.
• Interpret addressing, routing, switching, ACLs, and redundancy requirements.
• Collaborate with SRE, network engineering, and Dev teams.
