Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree or higher in IT field.
• Minimum 2 years IT/network support experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
• Familiarity with VLANs, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Handle help desk intake, ticket tracking, resolution and escalation.
• Assist users with network access issues and onboarding.
• Perform routine patching and OS updates for servers/workstations.
• Monitor network infrastructure including NAS, switches, wireless APs, servers.
• Support quarterly and annual log audits and inventory maintenance.
