Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant to lead Millennium custom development for federal edge projects. You will design, troubleshoot, and enhance Millennium solutions using CCL, Discern Rules, MPages, and DA2, delivering robust clinical and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering Millennium custom development across multiple applications.
• Ability to work with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record in leading complex implementation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Millennium custom development across Millennium applications from intake to sustainment.
• Lead troubleshooting of custom scripts, rules, reports, and utilities and implement fixes.
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and secure approvals prior to build.
• Design and implement custom solutions using CCL, Discern Rules, MPages and DA2.
• Perform code reviews and drive improvements in quality and efficiency.
• Build unit, system and integration test plans and ensure release readiness.
• Manage change processes and validate changes pre- and post-deployment.
• Identify performance and scalability enhancements for maintained solutions.
• Operate in an Agile delivery framework with transparent status reporting.
• Participate in rotating on-call incident response and post-go-live support.
