SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also known as SJS Industrial, seeks a reliable Machinery Maintenance Mechanic for full-time work at the VA Consolidated mail outpatient pharmacy in Shawnee, KS. The role involves servicing automated packaging systems, conveyors, and drug-dosing equipment with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, PLC programming/reprogramming, calibration, troubleshooting, and coordinating with government personnel.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with analog and digital electronics, mechanics and automatic systems.
• Ability to interpret electronic, electrical, and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and calibration of automated equipment.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for automated packaging and conveyor systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installation, evaluation, repair and programming/reprogramming of PLCs.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and restore devices to full operation.
• Evaluate replacement vs repair based on lifetime, history, and parts availability.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and inspections under PM programs.
• Assist in writing maintenance procedures, PPE, and LOTO requirements.
• Advise supervisor on equipment matters and evaluate maintenance solutions.
• Assist in installation and operation of control systems and basic IT/printer upkeep.
