Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Logistician - Federal Customer to support mission operations in a secure on-site environment in McLean, VA. The role focuses on receiving, tracking, storing, issuing, and replenishing mission equipment and materials with strict asset accountability.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse/logistics operations, inventory systems, and procurement coordination, plus the ability to operate in a TS/SCI environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or asset management operations.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, or warehouse tracking platforms.
• Strong understanding of asset control, shipping/receiving, and materials handling processes.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure or controlled environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
• Active TS/SCI and ability to maintain access as required by the program.

Responsibilities

• Closely follows processes for receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipping of program equipment and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset accountability records across warehouse and field operations
• Coordinate procurement requests, order tracking, and vendor follow-up activities
• Support material planning and replenishment to meet operational demand
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Prepare logistics status updates, inventory reports, and exception reporting
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and security requirements
• Partner with program, engineering, and field teams to prioritize mission-critical material needs
