General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Senior Analyst/Paralegal to support a federal agency's Policy and Legal Affairs team in managing complex litigation, document production, and docket management for federal civil cases. You will assist 5–15 team members and summarize data for leadership.

The role requires a BS/BA in public policy or related field, strong writing and research skills, and experience with federal civil litigation.

Competenze

• Requires 5 years of paralegal experience with a BA.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Experience supporting federal civil litigation in federal court.
• Familiarity with the Federal Rules for Civil Procedure (FRCP).
• Ability to multitask and support 5-15 team members at a given time.
• Experience working with immigrant, refugee, and underserved populations is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Handle complex civil litigation discovery, including document production.
• Perform docket management for federal civil litigation.
• Support a team of 5 to 15 persons with various requests related to litigation response and other tasks.
• Analyze large amounts of data and summarize salient points for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain a document repository by organizing and managing documents within agency databases.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents.
• Maintain contact with stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and summaries and brief senior leadership on issues impacting the UC program.
• Review and edit procedures and program guidance to ensure compliance with policies and court rulings.
• Support inter-agency coordination of UC program functions.
