Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Account Manager to lead the NIH fire alarm and fire sprinkler ITM program across multiple NIH facilities.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for NIH stakeholders, coordinate service activities, and ensure compliance with NFPA standards and contract requirements. The role demands strong program leadership, federal contracting know-how, and the ability to manage complex, high-visibility engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing federal customers or programs.
• Experience overseeing fire alarm and fire sprinkler service, inspection, and testing programs.
• Knowledge of NFPA 72 and NFPA 25.
• Experience coordinating large-scale service contracts or programs.
• Ability to meet federal background, clearance, and site access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for NIH contracting officers, facility managers, and stakeholders.
• Lead execution of the NIH fire alarm and fire sprinkler service, inspection, and testing program.
• Coordinate and oversee ITM activities across multiple buildings and systems.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, NFPA standards, and NIH-specific procedures.
• Coordinate service scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation with service managers.
• Monitor performance metrics, service completion, and deliverables.
• Support invoicing, contract closeout, and performance reporting.
