Guidehouse is seeking an IT Security Auditor – Senior Consultant to lead IT controls assessments and program evaluations for federal agencies. You will conduct control testing, interviews, and artifact reviews to identify weaknesses, root causes, and remediation plans, while guiding junior staff and engaging senior client stakeholders.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of federal IT consulting experience.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years of IT consulting experience, including federal clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT controls assessments for federal agencies using industry guidance.
• Interview client stakeholders and IT personnel (ISSOs, admins) to gather artifacts.
• Review system security plans, SOPs, audit logs, scans, and vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate IT control implementation against federal requirements and best practices.
• Document testing results clearly for review by leadership and clients.
• Communicate findings and remediation plans to senior leaders and client teams.
