Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience delivering complex IT infrastructure or solutions, ideally for Federal/public sector.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs involving hardware, software, services, and logistics/supply chain.
• Strong understanding of Federal environments, including contracts, CDRLs, and security/compliance.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar programs, executive stakeholders, and aggressive timelines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program strategy, scope, and delivery plan for multi-LOB IT solutions.
• Manage and develop the program team, overseeing day-to-day engineering, admin, and logistics.
• Run program governance and maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies.
• Coordinate across engineering, services, facilities, security, finance, sales, supply chain, manufacturing.
• Own scope, schedule, and budget, including forecasting and cost tracking.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, focusing on supply chain constraints.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders; provide executive status reports.
• Oversee build, integration, testing, and deployment activities per contract.
• Ensure all contract deliverables (CDRLs) are compliant and traceable.
