Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum eight years of experience in project management or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in IT service/support operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing personnel across multiple functional areas.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Contractor’s single Program Manager and primary interface with Government stakeholders.
• Ensures overall contract performance, including service delivery, adherence to the PWS, and achievement of all SLAs.
• Develops, enforces, and improves work standards, policies, and quality measures.
• Assigns schedules, reviews work, and ensures staff follow policies and goals.
• Oversees staffing decisions and GFE tracking.
• Provides weekly status reports and program dashboards to Government stakeholders.
• Maintains quality of all deliverables through reviews and audits.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, burn rate tracking, and variance reporting.
• Coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
