Job summary

Abacus Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the Enterprise IT Support Services contract with FLETC. You will coordinate program operations, maintenance, and service delivery across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

You will act as the primary customer liaison, manage risks, drive improvements, and align activities with the government’s mission and SLAs, fostering strong customer relationships and a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Extensive experience in senior-level program management within an IT environment.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of federal IT project management and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with budgets, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with SLAs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team supporting FLETC's mission across multiple locations.
• Serve as primary point of contact with the customer for deliverables and accountability.
• Provide onsite leadership and direction with a customer-centric approach.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans including scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure objectives align with the statement of work and organizational goals.
• Monitor and control program execution to meet performance metrics and SLAs.
