Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) seeks a Compliance Project Manager to lead large, complex IT and data initiatives in a federal environment. You will coordinate with Government Contracting Officers, project leads, and customer agencies to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will oversee planning, staffing, scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring, applying ITIL practices to improve service delivery and meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal program management principles and best practices for IT, data, and telecom initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate with Government Contracting Officers, project leads, and customer agencies.
• Skill in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling project activities to meet requirements.
• Ability to manage day-to-day project operations, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and industry best practices for service delivery.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills for team management.
