You will work with engineers, ITSM leaders, and ITIL practitioners to translate complex information into accessible content.

The role covers the full documentation lifecycle, ensuring compliance with governance and usability standards for both technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, Technical Writing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• 0–3 years in technical writing or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear user content.
• Experience with word processing, PDFs, and help-authoring/publishing tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical and security information into user guides and SOPs.
• Gather and validate information from subject matter experts.
• Apply structured writing with templates and style guides.
• Produce content in multiple formats (web, printable, training materials).
• Apply plain-language, accessibility, and federal guidelines.
• Coordinate review cycles and maintain version history.
• Collaborate with agile/DevOps teams to update docs with releases.
• Support documentation for enterprise IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, ITSM).
• Align documentation with ITIL-based service management processes.
