Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Mid-Level to support IT and information systems security for federal missions in Chantilly, Virginia. The role requires office presence and involves working with security teams on RMF processes, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI with poly, RMF experience, and one of the IAT II level certifications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RMF process experience required.
• Data transfer knowledge essential.
• One of the IAT II level certifications listed (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CE, CND, SSCP).
• Education options: HS/GED with experience or degrees with corresponding years of related work.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data between systems and research cyber issues.
• Support RMF processes and assist senior ISSOs.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor network traffic and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with IT staff to integrate security into system designs.
• Mentor staff on security protocols and stay current with cybersecurity trends.
