BluePath Labs is seeking an IPT Operational Support Lead to oversee delivery across multiple sectors for a federal client. This onsite Washington, DC role requires coordinating acquisition project management, contract support, and cost/price analysis while ensuring continuity for portfolio operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in federal acquisition, staff planning, and client relationship management, with potential for security clearance considerations.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. citizen and experienced leader of multiple acquisition portfolios or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing workload, staffing, quality, funding, and schedules with cross-functional support.
• Ability to direct cross-sector delivery and manage client relationships and performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years in federal acquisition/program delivery.

• Lead IPT operational support delivery across customer sectors for a federal client.
• Direct cross-sector delivery and allocate acquisition project management, contract, and cost/price support.
• Preserve continuity for recurring portfolio operations while balancing priorities and capacity.
• Manage workload, staffing, quality, funding, and schedules across teams and portfolios.
• Resolve competing priorities and staffing risks; oversee integration of support functions.
• Coordinate with client leadership and other task leads to align operational delivery.
• Manage client relationships and overall performance.
