BluePath Labs in Washington, DC is seeking an Acquisition Project & Portfolio Manager – Sector Lead to drive cross-portfolio delivery for a federal client. You will coordinate pre- and post-award activities, align staffing with priorities, and manage risk and quality across portfolios.

U.S. citizenship is required; TS/SCI eligibility is preferred. The role may require obtaining a security clearance, and positions are contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of federal acquisition or project management experience.
• At least 4 years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lead delivery across pre- and post-award activities.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary customer-sector portfolios for a federal client across pre- and post-award activities.
• Manage portfolio priorities, staffing, workload, and capacity to align delivery with customer needs.
• Coordinate funding, schedules, product quality, and substantive delivery across customer portfolios.
• Integrate inputs and coordinate with client stakeholders to support consistent delivery.
• Review work products and manage quality across portfolio activities.
• Assess risks and resolve cross-portfolio delivery issues.
• Perform substantive senior-level work while leading multidisciplinary teams and customer portfolios.
• Support client officials while preserving their acquisition decision-making and approval authority.
