Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking an Investigative Analyst to support a federal government client in Northern Virginia. This is a full-time, on-site position. If you meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this impactful opportunity.

Anticipated Award in 2026 with an on-site role and salary range $140,000–$220,000 annually. Candidates should have diverse experience across security and intelligence disciplines and hold an Active TS/SCI with FS Poly or be eligible for such clearance.

Qualifications

• Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience.
• Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience.
• Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience.
• Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analysis to identify, assess, and document investigative leads related to personnel security, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and insider threat matters.
• Applies critical thinking and sound judgment to develop findings and actionable recommendations.
• Produces well-written, concise, and accurate reports and communicates results to all levels of management in formats tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Manages cases and competing priorities in fast-paced, technology-driven environments while working effectively both independently and within teams.
• Demonstrates personal integrity, professionalism, and leadership that supports collaboration and respectful consensus building.
