Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. (B&A) seeks a Travel and Targeting Support/Targeter to support a federal government client in Northern Virginia. This on-site, full-time role offers a salary range of $140,000–$220,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Anticipated start is September/October 2026 with a 1 base year + 4 option years. Entry through senior levels are described, with a focus on targeting, reporting, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in programming, cloud, infrastructure, architecture, or cybersecurity disciplines.
• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly adjudicated within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Conducts intelligence targeting in support of Counterintelligence and DO operations by exploiting intelligence Community targeting data and sponsor data holdings to produce actionable analysis.
• Drafts, coordinates, and disseminates operational reporting (cables, tearlines, and CJRs).
• Collaborates across organizational boundaries to meet sponsor objectives and keep leadership informed on travel data acquisition and analysis efforts.
• Communicates clearly to all management levels, tailoring content to varied formats and audiences.
• Executes multiple ambiguous tasks to completion under competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating integrity, accountability, and inclusive leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline

Tools

Certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or related cybersecurity disciplines
