Job summary

ISN Corporation in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Training Coordinator for Federal Background Investigations to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training program for personnel performing background investigations under the Background Investigative Services Contract.

The role partners with the Program Manager and QA to ensure training aligns with DHS standards, supports continuous improvement, and maintains investigative quality.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in personnel security or background investigations.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of DHS/Component requirements and Federal Investigative Standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain training for Contract Field Investigator and Contract Investigative Technicians.
• Provide guidance on investigative ROI issues and quality standards.
• Plan, develop, and implement classroom or web-based training on background investigations.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and QA to align training with operational needs.
