Job summary

Arc Aspicio LLC seeks an Information Security Specialist (Federal) with 6–8 years of experience on government programs. The role is hybrid, based in the Washington, DC area, and requires enrollment in or eligibility for Top-Secret clearance.

You will design security policies, interact with program leadership, and drive risk assessments across complex government portfolios. Responsibilities include policy development, audits, compliance criteria, and advising on secure network and system design

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of cybersecurity and facility security experience on government programs.
• Experience with senior clients and multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Flexible and able to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work remotely and in-person across locations; Washington DC area.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Top-Secret Clearance; Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement information security policies at a government program level.
• Interact with Program Leadership to conduct audits and manage assets.
• Develop criteria to evaluate compliance with government-wide security directives.
• Analyze security posture and drive improvements across programs.
• Coordinate risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in systems and facilities.
• Contribute to new processes to upgrade cyber-security protocols.
• Provide leadership on security aspects of network and system design.
• Communicate security status and initiatives with government leadership.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Assist ISSO with responsibilities as required.
