Job summary

Arc Aspicio is seeking an Information Security Specialist (Federal) to support complex government programs across assets and systems. You will interact with senior leaders, drive security policy, risk assessments, and security posture improvements while working in hybrid environments at client sites and our DC office.

Requires 6-8 years of security experience, Top-Secret clearance ability, and aBachelor’s degree. Travel to various locations and collaboration with government teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant cybersecurity and facility security experience on Government programs
• Direct experience with senior clients and stakeholder engagement in a complex environment
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and manage multiple tasks
• Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to collaborate remotely and in-person
• Top-Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement information security policies at a Government program level
• Interacts with Program Leadership and Project Leads to manage security assets and documentation
• Develop criteria to evaluate compliance with Government-wide security directives
• Analyze security posture and drive improvements across programs
• Coordinate risk assessments across systems and facilities
• Propose processes to upgrade cyber-security protocols
• Provide leadership on security aspects of network and systems design
• Communicate security status and initiatives to Government leadership
• Collaborate with clients to deliver impactful security solutions
• Assist ISSO with responsibilities as required
