Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking Credentialing Specialists to support a large federal identity credentialing program. You will perform credential enrollment, issuance, activation, inventory management, and customer support while ensuring compliance with credentialing policies and security procedures.

This role supports secure identity management operations at federal facilities nationwide, with assignments across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; four years of related work may substitute.
• Experience providing administrative or operational support in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day credentialing operations at federal facilities.
• Assist with enrollment, issuance, activation, and maintenance of credentials.
• Manage daily appointments using the credentialing scheduling system.
• Issue and activate SmartID and access credentials.
• Perform credential lifecycle activities, such as rekey and PIN resets.
• Maintain credential inventory using inventory management tools.
• Ensure credentials are secured per security requirements.
• Coordinate issuance and activation appointments with employees and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of credential issuance, collection, and inventory.
• Provide administrative support, documentation management, scheduling, and operational support.
