Responsibilities

• Provide HR benefits and retirement administration support.
• Code and process personnel and payroll actions in FPPS within required timeframes.
• Prepare pre-appointment packages and support new-hire in-processing.
• Extend tentative and official job offers as directed.
• Review personnel and payroll forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and audit HR records and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with FTC Benefits Specialists and other agencies as needed.
