Broadway Ventures LLC is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee all human resources functions for a federal contractor delivering healthcare and IT programs. The role ensures Service Contract Act compliance and acts as the main liaison for DOL and DCAA reviews.

You will administer HRIS, benefits, leave, and compensation aligned to wage determinations, manage recruiting and onboarding (I-9/E-Verify) across contract sites, and support proposal development and workforce transitions.

Qualifications

• Lead all human resources functions for a federal contractor supporting healthcare and IT programs.
• Ensure Service Contract Act compliance and serve as the primary point of contact for DOL and DCAA reviews.

Responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS, benefits, leave programs, and compensation structures aligned to contract wage determinations.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and workforce documentation for multiple contract sites.
• Support proposal development, new contract integration, and incumbent workforce transitions.
