Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience supporting HR operations in a federal government or federal contracting environment.
• Familiarity with OPM policies, procedures, and federal HR regulations, including position classification and benefits.
• Knowledge of federal staffing, personnel administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, process, track, and manage SF-52 Requests for Personnel Action through completion.
• Coordinate personnel actions including appointments, promotions, reassignments, transfers, and separations.
• Support recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Support federal position classification and HR processes per OPM and agency policies.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, trackers, HR documentation, and status reports.
• Provide HR guidance and responsive customer support to employees, supervisors, and leadership.
