Qualifications

• 4 years of data analysis or management analysis experience.
• Experience with federal HR systems and program delivery.
• Outstanding writing ability and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.
• Ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical support for evaluating program efficiencies, gaps, and errors relative to human capital.
• Create job aids including checklists.
• Document and analyze processes to inform operations in systems such as EmpowHR, USA Staffing, NFC, ServiceNow.
• Maintain and enhance existing products using Excel and SharePoint to collect, archive, and maintain historical data, reports, and information.
• Identify, gather and analyze key performance indicators to develop effective measures and metrics to drive improvements.
• Conduct program and process reviews to document procedures, gather data to identify efficiencies in the operations.
