Deloitte is seeking an Analytics and Insights Engineer III for the AI & Data team to drive research, develop models, and deploy production ML solutions in the federal healthcare space.

You will translate Medicare policy into ML approaches, build scalable Python pipelines, and communicate results with stakeholders and auditors. Collaboration and leadership across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2+ years in data science or ML; 2+ years in research with stats/MLE.
• Ability to travel 15–20% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development using programming, statistics, and machine learning in the federal healthcare space.
• Translate Medicare policy problems into statistical and ML approaches for production models.
• Build, validate, tune, and operationalize predictive models with careful attention to bias and performance.
• Develop production-quality Python code and ML pipelines for large data volumes.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to communicate model performance and methodology.
