Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate Principal, Architect with deep expertise in Federal Healthcare project delivery. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across the United States, drive growth, and ensure excellent design and delivery on Federal healthcare facilities.

You will collaborate with healthcare architects, engineers, and planners, observe market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and oversee planning, programming, and construction administration while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) in the United States with ability to obtain additional registrations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10-15+ years of architectural experience, including Federal healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of Federal healthcare design standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring staff.
• Business development skills and client relationship experience.
• Proficiency in Revit across all project phases and construction documentation.
• Leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
• LEED AP preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required for Federal project work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Architectural Project Leader for Federal healthcare projects and growth objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project development phases.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk for outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Federal healthcare clients and partners.
• Drive business development, client engagement, proposals, and strategy.
• Identify opportunities within existing Federal contracts and programs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare leaders for growth.
• Mentor and develop staff while supporting resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with Federal design standards, regulations and codes.
• Represent Arcadis at meetings and events to boost visibility of the practice.
