Qualifikationen

• Licensed Architect (RA) in the United States with the ability to obtain additional state registrations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10-15+ years of architectural experience, including significant Federal healthcare project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Federal healthcare design standards, regulatory requirements and operations.
• Proficiency in Revit across all project phases and construction documentation knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Federal project requirements.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Architectural Project Leader for planning, design, and delivery of Federal healthcare projects through successful completion while supporting growth objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project development from planning and programming through construction administration.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Federal healthcare clients, agencies, and industry partners.
• Drive business development including client engagement, pursuit strategy, proposals, interviews, and strategic positioning.
• Identify and support opportunities within existing Federal contracts, IDIQ vehicles, and task order programs.
• Collaborate with architectural, engineering, and healthcare leaders to support practice growth and project excellence.
• Mentor, coach, and develop architects, designers, and technical staff while supporting resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with Federal design standards, healthcare regulations, building codes, life safety requirements, and agency criteria.
• Represent Arcadis at client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations to support visibility and growth.
