Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate Principal, Architect with deep Federal Healthcare project delivery expertise in the U.S. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive growth, and ensure project excellence from planning through construction administration across the Federal healthcare market.

The role requires a US-licensed architect with 10–15+ years of experience and strong BD skills. Proficiency in Revit and a commitment to regulatory compliance are essential for success at Arcadis.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) in the United States.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10-15+ years of architectural experience, including Federal healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of Federal healthcare design standards and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit across all project phases and construction administration.
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) preferred and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Architectural Project Leader for planning, design, and delivery of Federal healthcare projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project development.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Federal healthcare clients and partners.
• Drive business development, including client engagement, proposals, and strategic positioning.
• Identify opportunities within existing Federal contracts, IDIQ vehicles, and task orders.
• Collaborate with architectural, engineering, and healthcare leaders to support growth and excellence.
• Mentor and develop architects, designers, and staff while supporting resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with Federal design standards, codes, and life safety requirements.
• Represent Arcadis at client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations.
