Guidehouse Health is seeking a Consultant II to support federal health clients in planning, implementing, and optimizing EHR and digital health capabilities. You will work with clinicians, informaticists, and technologists on multidisciplinary teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a health/IT-related field.
• Three years of project or program management experience in health care, health information technology, or related environment.
• Experience providing executive-level support, including briefs, presentations, and status reports.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, decisions, and success measures for federal health and digital health initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across technical, clinical, operational, policy, and communications workstreams to keep deliverables aligned.
• Facilitate governance sessions, document decisions, and drive follow-through with owners.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, scope changes, and issues with practical recommendations.
