Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Informatics Leader to support the Federal Health Practice, guiding data and informatics efforts across federal health programs. You will collaborate with executives to identify risks, drive execution, and ensure data deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

The role is hybrid or remote, requiring strong self-management and cross‑functional collaboration. You will lead data governance, security, and analytics across TRICARE and federal healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in informatics, data analytics, or information management with federal healthcare experience.
• 3-5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing large technology or data programs and handling PHI or national security data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Federal Health Practice informatics strategy.
• Coordinate data and informatics efforts across business, clinical, operational, and technology teams.
• Build repeatable processes and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee data analytics, information management, system optimization, and reporting programs.
• Ensure data quality, security, integrity, and compliance with regulations and privacy requirements.
• Provide leadership across TRICARE and federal healthcare data domains.
• Improve workflows and drive process improvement using data and informatics tools.
• Monitor project outcomes, business impact, financials, forecasts, and spend.
• Identify, document, and elevate risks and issues as needed.
• Support audits, onboarding, and compliance activities.
• Recruit, coach, and manage informatics staff and analysts.
• Bridge business, clinical, operational, and technology teams to turn data into insights.
