Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, is seeking an Informatics Leader to support the Federal Health Practice. You will guide data and informatics initiatives across federal health spaces and collaborate with leaders to improve execution and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in informatics or data analytics, experience with TRICARE data, and a track record leading large data programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in informatics, data analytics, or information management, including federal healthcare experience.
• 3–5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics, databases, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Federal Health Practice informatics strategy.
• Coordinate data and informatics efforts across business, clinical, operational, and technology teams.
• Oversee data analytics, information management, system optimization, and reporting programs.
• Ensure data quality, security, integrity, and compliance with regulations and privacy requirements.
• Recruit, coach, and manage informatics staff and analysts.
