Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in informatics, data analytics, or information management.
• Federal healthcare experience, including TRICARE.
• 3–5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics, databases, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Federal Health Practice informatics strategy.
• Coordinate data and informatics efforts across business, clinical, operational, and technology teams.
• Oversee data analytics, information management, and reporting programs.
• Ensure data quality, security, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, coach, and manage informatics staff and analysts.
• Bridges business, clinical, operational, and technology teams to transform data into insights.
