Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services in Arlington, VA, seeks a Federal Lead Data Analyst to transform complex health data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, models, and reports to support federal healthcare programs and decision making.

You'll work with program managers, technical teams, and stakeholders in a regulated environment, translating data into executive summaries and data-driven recommendations for leadership. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in consulting preferred.
• Experience supporting federal, healthcare, or regulated programs preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance models.
• Familiarity with federal contracting environments preferred.
• Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and VBA strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data tools is a plus.
• Required travel up to 20% and US citizenship for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership.
• Develop analytical models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance.
• Gather, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with program managers and technical teams to define metrics.
• Support risk management by analyzing indicators and schedule trends.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and executive summaries.
• Contribute to process improvements and data documentation.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Advance reporting processes and analytics practices in a federal context.
