Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in project accounting and federal-funded construction projects preferred.
• Experience administering accounting and compliance requirements for federally funded contracts.

Responsibilities

• Process and track accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Set up and maintain project budgets in the accounting system.
• Manage owner billing and subcontractor costing processes.
• Support monthly cost reporting and financial closings.
